Ice along with her twin brother Valdrig was born into a large pride.It was once known as the original Heartwind Pride but once a new king took over it became The Loveless Pride.The king and queen of the pride had given birth to a daughter named Catalina 2 day before Ice and her brother were born.As all of the cubs grew Ice and Catalina became best friends and were always together from the time they woke up until the time they were made to come into the den and go to sleep.But when they were 6 months old their friendship changed because Valdrig and Catalina had started to become close friends and it seemed when all 3 of them were together that Ice was pushed off to the side.Finally she stopped playing with them and just spent the days with her mother or by herself.She had grown bitter and resentful towards her brother because she felt that he had taken her best friend from her.The next 6 months she continued to stay to herself or with her mom,learning how to hunt and survive as an adult.Not long after they had turned a year old Ice was out wandering through the land and noticed a rouge lion at the water hole.She made her way down to him and introduced herself and he told her who he was.A few weeks passed and Ice had befriended the rouge who went by the name of Talon Bloodlust and before long she had fallen in love with him.She was finally enjoying life once again with a love by her side but one night while she was out on a stroll alone her life was stolen from her.She had stopped at the waterhole for a quick drink but as she started to lap up the water she felt as if she was being watched.She lifted her head up and looked around and didn't see anyone.She then decided to call out "Hello? Who's there?" She waited a moment and didn't get any reply though she thought she heard a growl nearby.Her heart started to race,she could tell something or someone was there but it was well hidden in the shadows of the night.She started walking back towards the den and when she was halfway back she felt a strong force press against her body and she fell to the Earths surface with a thud.She struggled to get away and get up but she was being pinned down by an unimaginable strength.She looked up seeing her love Talon but his eyes were the color of blood and he had razor sharp fangs that were showing as he snarled at her.She immediatly knew that he was a beast of the night and understood why his last name was Bloodlust,he was a vampire.She tried once more to get free from him but was unable to move and before she could call for help she felt the razor sharp fangs sink into her neck.She cried out in pain as he started to drain her blood until he had her at the point of death once she was almost dead he pulled away and took a claw slicing his paw open and then letting his blood drip down into her wounds.As soon as his blood hit her she roared out once more as her entire body started to burn and convulse,she knew she was changing in to one of his kind.She started to fade into unconciousness,the last thing she seen was a blur of white and blue flash by and the sounds of roars ringing through the air before everything went black.When she woke up she looked around seeing that the sun was beginning to rise into the sky.Memories of the night before flooded her head and she quickly looked around to see if Talon was still around but he was no where to be found.After a moment she noticed her brother laying a few feet from her and realized at that moment that he had come to save her.When she walked over to him she saw that he too had been bitten and changed.She backed up a few steps as guilt washed over,her brother had met the same fate as she had.All because her loneliness let her fall in love with a beast.As she sat there thinking her brother moved and finally woke up and looked at her.She instantly started to apologize but Valdrig assured her that it wasn't her fault and that she didn't know what he was.They both started back towards the den and realized that neither of them thirsted for the blood of other lions but they did want the blood of prey animals.Before they returned to the den though Ice had a sharp pain shoot through her stomach and she felt very sick to her stomach and she was feeling different but brushed it off thinking it was just after effects of the change.They made it back to the den and from that day forward Ice and her brother were always together and it wasn't but a couple of weeks later that Ice realized that she was pregnant.She knew that she had not mated with Talon while they were together and the more that she talked about it with her brother the more the truth of the situation became clear to her.Talon had raped her while she had been unconscious,probably did it so that she would bring another of his kind into the world.At first she was angry and resentful about it,and told herself that she would not love this cub or have anything to do with it.But her brother finally put some reason and sense into her head,he told her that it was not the cubs fault and that the cub was a part of her too and that she should love it and care for it no matter what happened because one day it might be all she had.She knew deep down that Valdrig spoke the truth and soon her anger and resentment left and she began to feel the joys of pregnancy.Her life was once again better but that too was short lived.The last couple of months of Ices pregnancy were very hard on her body and she usually went to sleep earlier than the rest of the pride.One night while she was in a deep sleep she got a horrifying wake up call,she woke to the sounds of roars and painful screams ringing through the air and the smell of blood was strong against her nostrils.She instantly looked next to her in hopes that her mother and brother were with her but she was alone.She forced herself to her paws and went to the den entrance to see her entire pride at war with a pride of rouge lions and lionesses.She searched around for her brother but seen that he was not there and then looked for her mother.She soon spotted her but before she could get to her the rouge lion she was fighting swiped her down with one paw and then tore her flesh from her neck killing her instantly.Ice was horrified from what she had seen and quickly ran back into the den hiding in the shadows.She sat there until the war was over feeling guilty once more for not being able to save her mother or to help out her pride.But being as pregnant as she was she would have not been able to help anyways.As the sun started to rise into the sky the battle stopped and the rouges left the land,over half of the Loveless Pride was now dead.The queen and Ices mother both were included.Valdrig finally returned back to the den after the battle,he had arrived during the battle but was helping to fight.When her brother got to her she instantly threw her face against his fur and broke down in to tears.Telling him what she had seen happen.He did his best to comfort her but within a few short moments the king came in and swiped Valdrig to the ground,when Valdrig got up he was face to face with their king.Ice looked in horror as her brother was attacked by their king.She wasn't understanding why he was attacking him but she soon heard the kings words that he spoke to her brother.He blamed Valdrig for the rouges getting in,said that he let them in on purpose as an attempt to kill him off and take over the kingdom for himself.Ice knew that her brother would never do anything like that but kept silent in fear of him turning on her too.Her brother tried to explain that he had been patrolling on the opposite side of the kingdom from where they had entered and that he was unaware of them being there.The king however would not hear it.He still thought he was responsible and wanted him dead.He had a paw raised and was about to swipe him down and kill him when his daughter Catalina jumped in between them crying.She looked up at her father sadly with tears staining her fur and spoke to him saying "Father please,has there not been enough death endured within our pride today.I believe that Valdrig is telling you the truth.He wouldn't hurt anyone,let along plot the death of someone.He is a gentle soul and you know that yourself you've been around him since the day he was born.I mean his own mother was killed along with mine.Do you really think that he would have his own mother and the mother of his best friend murdered?If you really think he did this then please,just banish him from the kingdom.If he is responsible then he will have to live the rest of his life with the guilt of his mothers death.But please,I can not bare anymore death right now." Her words softened the kings expression but he instantly had the angered look back on his face and turned back to Valdrig and spoke." I do still believe that you had something to do with this.Maybe you didn't intend for a war to break out or for your loved ones to be killed but I still think you let them through and wanted me dead so you could take over.But my daughter seems to think otherwise and she wishes no harm to come to you.So as requested I shall let you live but I want you out of kingdom.Leave my lands and do not ever return." With those words their king walked out of the den and out into the lands.Ice looked at her brother sadly and knew he would have no choice but to leave her.She felt him nuzzle her and kiss her head one last time before turning and nuzzling his friend and then leaving the lands.Ice stared out at him as tears fell from her eyes,not only had she lost her mother from the war but she now had lost her brother too.Ice took refuge in her old friend who instantly hugged Ice and tried to console her.The next few days Ice only ate enough to make sure her cub stayed healthy but she was miserable.She was sad and mouring over her family and she was dealing with the anger the king had towards her.He was treating her unfairly because she was Valdrigs sister and he still blamed him for what happened.After 5 days of this the king had her backed in a corner yelling at her.She looked at him with tearful eyes as she spoke "King Damien,I have never done anything to deserve this treatment from you.I know you blame my brother for what happened but I could never see him doing anything like that and neither could your daughter.But just because my brother is the one you blame does not mean you can be cruel to me because of it.I am pregnant and due within another month or so and I can't be dealing with all of this stress.I lost my mother to the war and I lost my brother in the same day.I can't handle anymore.I need to be able to be calm for the sake of my cub.Please,just leave me alone." After she had spoken her words the king growled in anger at her and smacked her to the ground and then spoke to her."So,you are taking up for your sorry excuse of a brother.My dear most evil doing creatures are not what they seem and come across as gentle and loving souls.You of lionesses should know this one with you falling in love with a lion you thought was good and then to find out he is an evil vampire who changes both you and your brother and then rapes your while your unconscious.Apparently you lack good judgement.But since you wish to defend your brothers honor then you too can leave my lands and never return.Go and find somewhere else to give birth to you bastard vampire cub." With those words he walked off and went out into the kingdom.His words sliced through Ice harshly but she was in a way relieved.She could now be away from the anger and stress.She got up and went out into the lands to find Catalina,she told her what had happend and then started off into the unknown.She walked for 2 weeks before coming across a large and beautiful land.It was much more beautiful than the land she had grown up in and much bigger.As she ventured through she realized it was uninhabited by other lions and when she seen how large the den was and that the den floor was soft from moss she decided to take the land for herself and start her own pride.She named the lands after her Great Great grandparents,the ones who were the founders of the original pride that her bloodline was from.The lands became known as the Heartwind Pridelands.After a couple of weeks of being there and only a couple of weeks away from giving birth she met a young lion who happened to wonder into her lands.He went by the name of Noah November.At first she was weary of him but soon began to fall for him and it wasn't long before he asked her to be his mate.She agreed and a couple of days later she gave birth to her cub.A son that she named Akota.Noah asked her once he was born if he could take on the responsibilty as the father and give her son his last name.Ice agreed to his request and soon her cubs name was Akota Trysten Heartwind November.She already loved her son deeply and made sure that he got not only the milk from her but the blood he needed to survive.Noah stuck around until Akota was about 6 months old and one night while Ice and Akota were sleeping he left and never came back.She was crushed when she woke up and found he had left and Akota took it hard too but their lives continued.She raised her son the best she could and made sure to always give him the love and attention that she had as a cub from her mother.When he turned a year old she decided he was old enough to know the truth about himself and sat him down one night and told him the story.She told him about Talon and how he had been a good lion,or so she thought and how he caught her off guard and changed her into a vampire.And then she proceeded to tell him about Talon raping her while she was unconscious.She told Akota that Noah was not his father,but that Talon was.Once she told Akota he became angry,at first he was angry with her for not telling him sooner and for letting him belive that Noah,a lion that was just a mate of hers...one that she never even mated with was his father.But soon his anger towards her resided,he was angry and having trouble coping with the fact that he was the result of rape.Because of his anger and feelings that were surfacing now he decided to leave the lands for a while.Ice understood his need to be alone and let him leave,even though she was now alone.She continued her life peacefully though and began taking in other lionesses,cubs,and lions who needed a home.She was finally starting her pride and it was growing fast.Every night though she would sit at the dens ledge and look at the moon and stars talking to her mother even though she knew there was never going to be an answer back,but it comforted her to speak like this.She also wished every night that her son would return home and that she would one day come across her brother again.But for now all she could do was live her life the best she could and be the best queen possible for her pride.

Present Day
The Heartwind Pride is growing more and more with each passing day.Akota has returned to the pride and is now married has children of his own.Ice too now has a good mate and a step son from her mate as well as 2 more cubs from him.Her life is finally wonderful and continuing to get better.She still hasn't seen her brother but there is hope in her that he will one day find her.But for now she is loving and enjoying her life,time with her mate and family,and the time spent with her pride.She has become a respected and much loved queen and is known as the most gentle and loving vampire to have ever walked the Earth.
